Overhead, the sky scene drifts from starry twilight to a delicately lighted dawn, all choreographed to classic Italian music. In the center of the top dining tier, a large statue of the Roman hero Antinous and two maidens slowly revolves as a dazzling light and sound show unfolds.
Meanwhile, our master chefs skillfully prepare each course in the adjoining exhibition kitchen. Fresh handcrafted pastas and fresh seafood grilled over mesquite, vine-ripened garden vegetables roasted to perfection, exotic sauces simmered to bring out every nuance of flavor, an exclusive, extensive Italian wine list and uniquely inventive desserts personally created by our award-winning pastry chef.
