Passport #

Your passport number can be found on the front of your Passport Players Card.

PIN

Your PIN is the 4-digit personal ID number that you created for your Passport Rewards Account. If you have forgotten your PIN please visit the Passport Rewards Center to reset. Your personal information is important to us, therefore PIN resets must be done in person.

I Don't Have a Username or Password

Don't worry, you can still log in with your passport number and PIN. Having a username and password makes it easier to recover your account, but they are not necessary.

"Account enrolled but not activated"

If you see this message you have started the enrollment process, but you have not clicked the link in the email sent to the email address on file for your account to complete the enrollment and activate your account.

"This account has been reset and needs reactivation."

if you see this message when trying to log in, an email has been sent to the email address on file for your account and the link in that email must be used to reset the password for your account.

If you still are having problems logging into the My Rewards page please contact us at (775)689-7001.

Once you enter your account number, you will be sent an email to the email address we have on file for the account. This email will have your username.

You should receive an email within 30 minutes of submitting this form. If you do not, check your the spam (junk) folder in your email. If you still do not see the email, please try again or call (775)689-7001 for assistance. 

Please verify your account number and username below to receive a password reset email. You will receive an email at the email address on file for the account. Once you receive the email, click the link in the email to reset your password.
