Business Center

Our Business Center provides a full range of services for hotel guests, including printing, copying, and shipping assistance. Guests can email JPEG or PDF files to our main computer for quick and convenient printing. For details about shipping packages to and from Peppermill Reno, please refer to our Shipping Instructions below.

After Hours Support

The Business Center is open 24 hours with the use of a room key, and staffed Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside of regular Business Center operations, the Front Desk is available to assist with copying, shipping, and faxing. The Bell Desk can also help with package shipping and pick-up.

Shipping Instructions

Peppermill Reno ships and receives packages via UPS and FedEx, offering convenient services for both inbound and outbound shipping. Please review the guidelines below for a seamless experience.

Shipping Details

  • Same-Day Shipments:
    All same-day UPS and FedEx shipments must be communicated to our staff. Packages for same-day shipping must be delivered to the Bell Desk or Business Center by 9am, Monday – Friday.

  • Weekend Shipping:
    UPS and FedEx do not pick up packages on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries on Saturdays are only available if explicitly specified on the package. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

  • Package Pick-Up Hours:
    Packages can be picked up at the Bell Desk daily from 9am – 7:00 PM. During peak check-in and check-out times, there may be a wait time of 20 minutes or longer.

  • Business Center Hours:
    The Business Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

  • Tracking Numbers:
    Guests are required to show a tracking number to retrieve packages. It is recommended to keep a record of your tracking number for faster assistance.

Important Notes:

  • Handling fees apply separately to inbound and outbound packages.
  • Guests are responsible for handling charges upon Peppermill receiving the package or delivering it to the event space.
  • Signature is required for all handling charge slips.
  • Peppermill will not open any boxes or set up booth product displays.

Outbound Shipping Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Package:

    • All packages must be securely taped before they can be picked up or processed.
  2. Label Requirements:

    • Each package must include a prepaid/computer-generated shipping label from UPS or FedEx. Labels must be fully completed with:
      • Contact information (name, address, phone number).
      • Shipping type (e.g., ground, express).
      • Courier account number (if applicable).
    • Guests can print labels at the Business Center or Bell Desk.
  3. International Shipments:

    • International packages require an invoice for customs clearance. Guests may also opt to process international shipments through a local shipping office. For assistance in locating one, please contact the Bell Desk or Business Center.
  4. Scheduling Pick-Ups for FedEx Express or Freight:

    • Guests are responsible for scheduling pick-ups for FedEx Express or Freight. Contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange a pick-up.
  5. Heavy or Large Items:

    • If a package is too heavy to bring to the Business Center, notify the Bell Desk or Business Center staff for assistance.
    • The guest must be present during the package pick-up process.
    • A signed handling charge slip is required before staff will retrieve or process packages.

General Notes for All Shipments

  • Recipient Contact Information: Including a cell phone number is not required but is highly recommended for smoother coordination.
  • Tracking Information: Guests are advised to retain tracking numbers for detailed status updates and faster assistance.
  • Liability: Peppermill is not liable for lost or damaged packages during shipping. For issues, contact UPS or FedEx directly.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages left at the Bell Desk for more than two weeks will be transferred to Lost and Found.
  • Courier Pricing: Handling fees are separate from courier charges. Please contact UPS or FedEx for accurate shipping rates, as Peppermill does not provide courier pricing quotes.
